Every gemstone showcased in the Serenza Treasury is guaranteed authentic, natural, and ethically procured from Sri Lanka's historic riverbeds. Stones are accompanied by official verification reports from internationally accredited gemological laboratories (GIA, SSEF, Gübelin, or the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka).
Placing gemstones in your private request cart does not constitute an immediate binding sale. It initiates a personalized reservation review with our Master Gemologists, who verify live vault availability, export documentation, and bespoke mounting requests before issuing a formal invoice.
Global consignments are transported via specialized armored courier services (Malca-Amit, Brinks, or Ferrari Logistics) with 100% full-value transit insurance until signed delivery is completed at the client's designated residence or private bank vault.
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and international conventions governing ethical gemstone trade.
